Where You'll Sleep
There are 2 distinct sleeping areas at Villa 52: the En Suite on the east side of the home takes up the entire wing. A large, open bedroom with King bed has patio doors that open out to the lanai. This space also houses a large walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and jetted tub. The “West Wing”, as we affectionally call it, has a King bedroom and Queen bedroom, both with large walk-in closets, and a full bathroom that opens out to the lanai for quick access in and out.
The Lanai at Villa 52
The crown jewel of Villa 52 is the southern-facing outdoor living area. Enjoy a large saltwater pool, hot tub, shaded dining under the truss, a café seating area, lounge chairs, Roku TV with Guest Mode, and plenty of pool floats. Ceiling fans in the covered area help keep you cool on sunny Florida afternoons.
